The payment on line is essential to record your reservation. It guarantees your special Internet rate to you. Your payment is output only if the vehicle is available and if your reservation is confirmed.

Formalities at vehicle pick-up.
By booking on the Internet, you give us all the information needed to draw up your contract. The formalities when picking up the vehicle will thus be reduced :

1 - Presentation of the following documents :
- confirmation of the Internet booking
- driver’s license (and the additional driver(s)’s license, if any)
- driver’s ID
- driver’s credit card. As a precaution. No amount will be debited when you pick-up the vehicle.  

2 - Signing your rental contract,
the "State of vehicle at pick-up" sheet  and the general terms of hire

We recommend you go round the vehicle when you pick it up and fill in the vehicle State sheet with your Europcar customer executive.

3 - Getting the keys to your vehicle.
Your customer executive is on hand for any technical advice about your vehicle.

3 - Payment of any extras not included when booking (extra kilometres, fuel...)
