The cancellation of the booking must be sent to the agency by post, fax or email, with the booking confirmation. It will become effective at the date and time the letter is received.

The estimated amount of the rental will be refunded in full if the customer cancels more than 7 days before the rental is due to begin.

After that time, the following cancellation charges will be withheld by the hire company :

• within 3 to 7 days of pick-up: 20% of the estimated amount
• within 1 to 2 days of pick-up: 30% of the estimated amount
• on the scheduled day of pick-up: 100% of the estimated amount
