When I went to pick up the car, the receptionist asked me for my credit card. Will my account be debited?

No, this is simply a precaution. The receptionist checks the validity of your card with the banking centre but no amount is debited.

How can I save time when I come to pick up a car?

If you have provided us with all the necessary documents when you made your booking and pre-paid your car rental, you benefit from our fast "Pre-Contract" service. All you have to do is produce your driver’s license and sign the contract. And that’s it!

Your Europcar agent refused to let me park my own car in your garage or on your indoor rental car park.
