What do I do if I have an accident with the Europcar rental car?
- In the glove compartment of your rental car, you will find an accident report form that you must complete and send to your car rental agency within 48 hours.
What do I do if the rental car breaks down?
- In the event of a breakdown or an accident, you can call our breakdown service 24h/day. The number is on the key ring of the car you have been given. Our breakdown service will deal with you as soon as possible.
Is it possible to go abroad with my hire car?
- Our vehicles are not insured in every country. Those countries that are not covered are listed in article 1 of the General Terms of Hire (at the bottom of the screen on all pages on this site).
