Where can I find your agencies’ opening hours?: This information can be found on www.europcar-atlantique.com (Our Agencies section). The opening hours are also given on the on-line quote.
I would like to return my vehicle on a Sunday evening. My agency will be closed. What can I do?: With your agency’s prior agreement, you can return your vehicle outside opening hours, by putting the keys to the vehicle in the mail box provided. The cost of this option is 15 euros. However, you remain fully responsible for the vehicle you have hired until the official opening hour of the agency.
Can I hire a vehicle on Sunday?: Yes! This is possible in our agencies at Nantes train station and Nantes airport that are open 365 days a year, including Sundays and bank holidays! In other towns, you are able to pick-up the vehicle on Saturday evening. There are other solutions to hire a vehicle on Sunday: do not hesitate to contact your agency directly....
